I did not attend the SHM in August, but there was

In order to resort to an AS increase, either 1 of a couple of things has happened. 1 - a new/additional opportunity has presented itself which has caused the need to raise more capital quickly. 2 - anticipated revenues are not developing as planned. In either case, actual events over the last 2 months have deviated significantly from their plan.
It is important that any communication from the company highlights what these changes have been. I don't want to hear that they are pleased to start implementing something that they already showed at the SHM - that is not acceptable as such developments were already planned for and linked to a statement of no further AS increases. It must be something new - otherwise this move gives serious concern as to their ability to forecast business results in a growing environment, suggesting that this may only be another step of raising capital with more to follow based on their growth plans.
I am particularly interested in hearing reaction from those of you who attended the SHM once the company puts out an announcement to understand what is new information vs what was already communicated/expected from the SHM.
For now, I'm not buying nor selling - just waiting to see what the details are to determine if we have a great new growth path, or a management team that cannot forecast a financial position further than 2 months away. Both are equally and oppositely significant to my decision to change my holdings.
