A few things about the AS raise.
1. The company NEVER should have said they would not raise the AS at the SHM. It was fairly obvious that this company needs money, and the only real way they get it right now is by selling shares. So to put themselves in the corner they did by saying no raise? I was pretty surprised. Plus it really deals a blow to their credibility. Just shaking my head at this.
2. I was wondering why the share price rose after about noon today, now we know why. Anyone who tells you that MMs do not control the share price in penny stocks is lying. The rise was planned so that when the AS news hit, the resulting sell off would be someone mitigated by the rise today. Seen this many many times...especially right before a RS.
3. Ok...the company went against their word and did the raise. They absolutely 100% need to come through on EVERYTHING they said at the shm, or this is in serious serious trouble. No more excuses.
