I can't say I have strong familiarity with the leg

I can't say I have strong familiarity with the legal process and just what is possible/likely to happen but hope this goes as far as it can in an investigation into criminal behavior. I would LOVE to see it opened up for all to see. With all anonymity removed, (iHUB, SA, MAKO, etc) it should be easy to connect the dots and figure out who's at the top. So much is already pretty obvious. Wasn't the Rosen lawyer "Kim" a follower of MAKO on SA? I mean come on, are these guys that stupid or are they just emboldened by getting away with this stuff for so long that they just don't care. I've only been investing for a few years and have seen this same pattern too many times. It's not just the pink sheet stocks either. A NASDAQ listing isn't as much protection as some people think.

Leo and Dr. Menon, if you read these message boards, thank you for taking a stand. In some ways it seems almost as important as the ctix pipeline development. It would be great to enact some real change in the system and stop the impediment of drug development across the industry.

Might have to scratch together a little more cash...Any of you business owners looking to hire a graphics/science illustrator person. It's tough out there.
