We are talking about up to 7,000 investors/shareholders, and the potential for a class action lawsuit from a hot shot attorney that wants to make a name for himself (do you think a class action suit against the FAA just might hit the Evening News?).
Besides....why would the FAA want to F over so many hard working investors.
If the intent is to never certify another airline, isn't the FAA blocking "Free-Enterprise"?

I think a government agency deliberately waiting it out for an applicant to run out of money seriously is treading upon Anti-Trust Laws, among other things..................................
