Yes, there is undoubtedly a HUGE possibility for a lawsuit here, on the grounds that the FAA not only dragged out the results from the last mini (over 12 weeks now for a 15 second test!), but for pretty much each and every mini that Baltia took.
But lawsuits are long and costly and not well viewed by the public, on either side of the coin (does anyone really believe the FAA wants it to be publicly known that they are being "sued" for what would be viewed as "incompetance"?)
HOWEVER, if the FAA would right their wrong and allow Baltia to move forward, I'm certain that the $5 million dollars "wasted" over these last 11 months will be written off as the 10s to 100s of millions of dollars roll in from revenue operations.
Once Baltia gets certified and operational, all of these expenses are.....for lack of a better saying........"chicken feed" in comparison to the $s that will be flowing in.
