I haven't been reading the boards as of late, partially because I am in contact with Baltia on a daily basis and probably know more than most (or any), and partially because as the largest shareholder (now over 1 billion shares) I have been advised by a "team" of attorney's that I really can't say too much.
All that being said, a friend texted me, "They're (sic) asking for you on the boards lol".
So for what I can say..................
Baltia's situation is being examined at the highest level right now. 12 + weeks since the last mini and no results doesn't sit well with the extremely competent and very professional woman who is currently reviewing what has been transpiring as of late.
The length of time in between minis......starting from the very first one Baltia took.....is abnormal in the process and DIRECTLY related to the new regulations introduced into this process during Baltia's certification.
Paralysis by Analysis.
It truly has become an embarrassment for all involved and a black eye for the government regulators overseeing this certification, to say the least.
Minis USED to be taken one right after the other, with only a few days to a week in between. 12+ weeks since the last mini....with no result!....is unheard of and unacceptable......and fortunately for us this has landed on the desk of someone in the FAA who has a history of taking the bull by the horns and getting things done.
Yes.....operational airlines take precedent over applicants, but rest assured she has her ducks all lined up in a row, and one of those ducks is actually a Rooster.
With Baltia's situation finally making it into her hands, we can all feel confident that we will be getting some kind of a resolution and a determination in the VERY near future.............
