Previous CC in July stated buybacks on hold.
That's what my notes state.
---Not stopping, like you think.
Since then (july) Joel's group has been buying.
Not focused on buybacks to make sure Ghana and Keystone stay going.
Last CC(sept) it was stated might see a SS change by end Oct when certs
turned in and processed.
