Dear Shareholders,
I would like to issue further clarification to our earlier press release regarding my attendance at the World Anti-Microbial Resistance conference. I attended a private meeting outside the conference. I decided at the last minute to attend this private event in order to meet an expert that may be helpful to Cellceutix’s anti- infective program. After leaving the meeting I was in a minor traffic accident which required some medical care. Mr. Ehrlich was travelling as well but in a different city. As Cellceutix was preparing the press release last night I was still being treated and because of some internal miscommunication it was incorrectly reported that organizers of the event requested me to be part of a separate panel discussion. I was only able to speak to Mr. Ehrlich at length on Wednesday evening. I am resting but expect to return to work by Friday. I regret that I was unable to give my presentation and will make the Brilacidin presentation available in the coming week.
