There are several reasons why the trial is taking

1. K is extremely well-tolerated. A very good reason.
2. Dana-Farber is notoriously slow. It took them several months just to change a protocol, and it has been changed twice.
3. Stage 4 patients are very fragile and they need extreme care to finish a dosing cycle.
4. The protocol is strict so finding a match takes time.
If someone told me that the MAD is about 4 times higher than the efficacious range, but I’ll have to wait 3 years at the beginning, I’ll gladly take it.
I’m frustrated with the slow pace, so is Leo. But no one is going to question Dana-Farber’s data. All we can do at this point is wait.
