So why can't IR officially release the fact UF is

So why can't IR officially release the fact UF is on Roku4? Why do investors need to secure confirmation on this from a You tube video today? If the Roku4 unit is out in the marketplace why can't the company speak on this?
I just had another EM exchange with IR and now I am hearing DW wants to release all the news at one time regarding UF on the various platforms and other developments. Is it too much trouble or bother for IR to announce these platforms (one by one) when they are released to the buying public????
Our IR is the very worse I have ever seen, there have been so many missteps and rookie mistakes by IR I have no idea why they still have a job. IR cannot always hide behind the excuse they can only release news when approved by the company. There are other ways of reassuring investors about the latest developments and maybe IR should try a tad harder to siphon info from the company.
Luckily we have brilliant technicians working in product development and producing great products but NTEK IR and NTEK communication skills are way below par.
