They wanna get a head start on selling those new shares before word gets out. Of course they couldn't have possibly foreseen the need for more shares two months ago. Another broken promise just like the last two times they promised not to raise A.S.
Someone said ntek used to under promise and over deliver.
Funny thing though, I can't think of anything they delivered two years ago except hollow empty promises.
