Yes there is another reason, a much bigger reason.
There has been a cabal of hedge funds, somewhat helped by Seeking Alpha's refusal to remove a defamatory article, and the constant bashing on iHUB. It's the concerted action of short sellers that did this, and it would do it on any exchange (although this one makes it easier).
