Honestly, I haven't seen a delta like this between expected and actual waiting periods in any other FAA case that I've seen or looked up. I know Baltia is a unique case, but there's got to be something else here we aren't privy to. Could it be a good thing? Sure. Could it be a bad thing? Sure. The problem is, we don't know and have zero intel to go on. Meanwhile, this thing is going to keep dropping and people are going to make their exits.
