My father was a cop so I know a bit about that. The police have discretionary power to ticket arrest or not. SO if they arrested no drunks it would be a problem but the subtleties of letting their neighbor kid off the hook go unnoticed. A cop pulls over a drunk off duty cop. There is a much smaller chance that the cop will arrest another cop had they pulled me over. In a case like that once they pull them over and they show each other a badge the questions of sobriety aren't even asked. Is that corruption? There are corrupt cops out there. You have to remember though like in the case of stock manipulation, the only way for them to pull off the scam is for them to appear even to their coworkers, their families, employees, everyone around them as though they are operating as though they are 100% above boards. If it is happening, and the mods that aren't part of the overall scam could see if from their level they would already be caught in jail and out of business. Its would be much more shrewd than that, its not in your face, its subtitle. All they need to make millions is a 1% advantage that they can exploit. Look at Bernie Madoff who many might regard as the Adolf Hitler of scammers even his family were not safe. When he was caught in his scam he had his son (who later committed suicide) working for him. Even his son in an interview said he though his dad was an honest person, he had no idea and he was involved in the numbers. Part of all scams require supporters to say no it doesn't or couldn't happen that way. I'm in healthcare, and you would think there is integrity there right? Look at the OIG website and you regard to fraud in IDTF (Independent Diagnostic Treatment Facility) billing. The numbers are staggering. All the while business office managers staff doing the billing, many in fact most not part of the scam, have no idea. Like you guys testimony after testimony they thought the rules were being followed.
Anyway if there was proof there would be not debate. All conspiracy theory's. My point in the discussion is first its a nice distraction from the waiting. To talk about something other than waiting anything!! is great. If I hear another person ask in one form or another what soon means I'm going to explode. LOL. I see the possibilities of how a scam could work and am open to the possibility of it and how it is achievable. All a great discussion/debate guys, I appreciate your position and honest feedback. It is also valuable in understanding the frustrations on the side of the Mods. As a board member it is hard to see it from your position. You guys keep up the good work!
