Although I agree with what you are saying about the TOS and the bashers know well how to bait the bulls...it is only half the story. There is no question that there is bias from the admins.
When posts are of a grey area...basher posts remain and bullish posts are removed. Also, the time it takes for a restoration is different...ie, it takes longer to restore a bullish post that was removed.
