the filing he is talking about is different....that one has to be filed with the state he is registered in.....
i think it will be taken care of soon hopefully
also a bird flew by and I could have swore I heard something to the effect mark is out of the country checking up on the propane tractors....but I cant be sure...may have just been the wind
