We're past the point of believing or not. I haven't seen any credible information concerning CRGP and Milagros coming from either source.
They haven't merged in a complete sense; they have probably transferred any assets they had to Milagros and are awaiting the court decision. All cash and mine ownership has already been transferred, and CRGP is now a true shell with 0 assets remaining.
That means shareholders have literally nothing at this point. Milagros doesn't have to do anything for us; they have no responsibility. I would hope that CRGP would negotiate something for us, but it would be purely out of generosity.
I don't believe CRGP will be merged into Milagros. I believe CRGP will remain a dead shell for all time; I'm not 100% convinced Milagros is even a real company, but I have no evidence in either direction so I can't make that claim.
The reality is, it doesn't matter if I'm right or wrong. I have a lot of worthless shares until something changes; otherwise, I lost 180k and I just have to start over. I can always make more money, and it's a great learning opportunity.
