As someone who use to work for a tiny Planogram co

Going from what I observed from these large companies, negotiating contracts is an on going process. They're always flying on there suits every week to have meetings with our one sales rep. It's almost as to be intimidating . I remember our sales rep use to get so nervous when a big name client would send in there sales rep team or lawyers.
and yeah these larger companies always try to accommodate a deal that suits them, they always start off with a ridiculous lowball offer. and work there way to a final agreement. and it takes time. so brwc being the small company here..not sure if brwc has a sales rep or francine handles all sales and contracts. But I can only imagine they are on to the final stages of finalizing the agreement. francine has dealt with high end clients before. So I'm sure she knows how to handle them. like I said before..if they are going to operate at full capacity. they may have to replace some machinery, equipment etc..possibly new water pumps to handle a 90% increase in output. Amount of possible new employees have to be determined carefully. perhaps new delivery trucks and drivers..And I'm sure francine is accounting for all this..so she can get the ball rolling immediately as soon the contract is signed.
There so many small details that go into these deals..Bashers want you to think every stock goes up everyday..and negotiations take 5 mins and that's it..Bashers deal more in psychology on newbs than numbers.
With the amount of time that has passed by..i believe we are in the final days of negotiations..it can literally come out any moment. Our patience will be rewarded. who knows..danone, vanguard, heck coca cola, nestle..it's worth the wait to see which one of those names are the client, even if it's another big time distributor. imagine what one of those big time names being associated with our lil ol brwc do to the stock.
