The "unsophisticated" one thought he was slick and smart too.
As it turns out, SFRX thought the Court was stupid, but Judge Cook rejected what they wanted most, which was an award for damages.
What SFRX is trying to claim is the share price has an effect on their business, when the reality is a share price should reflect the success or failure of a business.
Just because SFRX was trading at inflated prices in July of 2014, and traded as low as .006 sometime last fall, does not in any way damage a business.
What SFRX claimed in the original complaint is they lost contracts (plural) due to the Defendant's postings, but when asked about them in the Interrogatories, they provided no such proof and basically ignored the question.
Hopefully all Motions for Contempt will be heard on the merits.
ClearTrust failed to comply with the Subpoena Duces Tecum and under the rules can be sanctioned.
SFRX lied to the Court about when they received the Interrogatories and have failed to correct the record. Judge Cook ORDERED they be compelled to answer, and they were suppose to do that as She was transitioned to another division.
Mr. Unsophisticated, who is said to have done "irreparable injury" to this POS, supposedly used the term "Koward" on another stock board, which SFRX says is a reference to Kyle, and that did even more "irreparable injury" to the stock, and violated Judge Cook's ORDER.
Here's hoping Judge Stephens will do what he is famous for, which is being very thorough. If it does, it might make Kyle Kennedy and Craig Huffman think twice about suing someone for posting negative comments about his failed business model. Only an idiot would think someone's posts could make a stock drop. Especially if it were said to be lies that could easily be proven wrong.
The only thing the Defendant got wrong was when he said Kyle was dumping shares. That was the lenders, some of whom claimed they were holding for dollars.
Typical pump and dump scheme.

Oh, SFRX will be in the book, I assure you.
