It truly saddens me to hear the passing of Rick in

It truly saddens me to hear the passing of Rick in many different ways. I had the pleasure of talking to Rick on a number of occasions. I only knew him because of a common stock that we owned, but his passion for following this stock success was not only for his family, but for others. He would always talk about how other people would benefit from DUTV. He also talked about taking care of others in his family. He had everyone's best interest at heart and dealing with many (excluding most of my DUTV board friends) on Pink Sheet boards that is definitely not the case.

I will miss his insight and his support on this board. Many times I started to waiver and he was there to keep my spirit high.

I am sure his family and friends will miss him even more. That is why it is even more important that GM keep his promises and get this stock price going. I am sure his wife Cindy could use some financial support during this unimaginable tough time.
