I personally will be proactive and admittedly take risks to make money in the pennies. I fear that in your case being reactive and assuming all information is divulged the moment it occurs by the state will have you playing chase the stock up. While that is no doubt an entertaining game I prefer to play watch my bank account go up. Being over protective in the pennies rarely results in the big rewards but it admittedlyhelps keepyou away from the big losses.
In the end I guess we will see who is right about this stock. I wish you the best of luck on your other investments. We both know you will have no luck here as you are not even an investor...yet you choose to spend an inordinate amount of time here pointing out anything that could possibly be twisted into a negative light.
