No, I simply asked about the rumor. I was wanting clarity on YOUR position. You try and come off as someone who is the authority on LIES, and so I wanted to know ahead of the self imposed deadline.
I do appreciate the amusing suggestion that I could somehow be vindicated, even though I "allegedly" lied, if it can be shown the poster lied. I'll save you the trouble....if I lied, I can't. Now let's get back to the "rumor", shall we?
For one, he was saying HTQ was going to convey another area to Seafarer. He was also suggesting the permit application was being reviewed and would be issued to Seafarer even though rights were still held by HTQ.
I was suggesting HTQ would first have to convey rights before a permit could be applied for, much less issued according to the statutes. We'll see what happens. And no, I realize it will be some time before we can know for sure the poster made up the story and posted a lie.
A lie is a lie. If you wish to challenge any statement I have made........knock yourself out.
Unlike SFRX and Huffman, I am happy to defend each and every one. I don't change the subject or avoid the issue, as Huffman did with the most recent Bar complaint, or SFRX did with the Interrogatories.
