Activating is present continuous tense and we all know that Leo wasn't misleading at that time. It has been almost 5 months since the B-OM trial started and the treatment cycle is 7 weeks + 4 more weeks for observations. As a sponsor, Leo receives a case report for each patient, even though the trial is double-blinded.
