Theory 1. Naked shorts/no bid

This could explain the constant bashing and everything else you mentioned.
This I believe to be a possibility but why the merger news and then silence?
If this scenario comes to fruition COR sees no benefit. If that was the objective, why not simply go through with the merger as planned?

Theory 2. COR in collusion with CGRP to recover loses as a result of special divvy before merger announcement with or without CRGP giving shares to COR

To me this scenario seems most likely with or without CRGP giving away shares. There has only been constant bashing from Fraud hub, the deafening silence of CRGP and Milagros. The divvy will not be taken or "clawed back" most likely. Accordingly, COR then needed a plan B. Why not work with CRGP in order to recoup lost monies. Adam initially said there was a "glitch". If theory 2 is the case everyone wins! COR makes their money and probably more, CRGP goes private with Milagros and shareholders who held on to the stock win!
Now the question remains if CRGP will actually go private. In my opinion it is 50/50. If theory number 2 is correct with the exception of the merger there has to be a way for COR to recoup their losses. The scenario without a merger is the possibility of CRGP heading to the pinks or another board as previously announced before talks of the merger. JMHO
