Patience is a virtue .. until it becomes stupidity

Dan,
As in the past, when I believe as a shareholder, the company I have invested in has failed in communicating with investors on a "timely and reasonable basis" it leaves me no alternative but to attempt direct contact with their company management team.
While I am pleased at the progress of the Paramount A-list movie uploads since 9/1/15, there has been no update from the company regarding getting the UF app on all the remaining platforms. Given the narrow window of the upcoming 2015 holiday season, the UF app on Vizio alone simply will not come close to reaching NTEK revenues and the UF subscriber growth per NTEK's own forecast.
Patience is only a virtue up to a certain point and we are now well beyond what would be considered a reasonable time frame for a SH update.
Dan, here is crux of the problem: I understand and can appreciate the fact, you cannot relay information that the company has not provided you. However NTEK management cannot hide behind the fact they are "so busy" that they are unable to take 10-15 minutes to provide SH with a status as to why there may be a delay or provide investors with a time frame for getting UF on the remaining platforms. ( yes I already know part of the problem may be directly with the TV manufacturers however the company needs to speak on this).
Dan, I own and operate a small business myself and I know from dealing with clients, employees, & vendors you have to "make the time" to speak to the people who are funding your company (Investors).
Because the company is not listening to your request for a shareholder update I will be contacting management team members directly as I have in the past and I will also be making this recommendation to other NTEK SH (privately) via IHANG or FB.
Our plan to contact NTEK management will commence on Monday 10/19/15 unless of course there has been a SH update prior to that time.
Best Regards
