A question for the group,
Considering NTEK is constantly getting shorted as well as the naked short sells.
I took upon myself to contact the Transfer Agent (Matthew @ Clear Trust in Florida, phone # 813.234.4490) to see what I could do to protect my shares in a Secured Certificate. He informed me that there was no need to do that due to the fact, that even though my name was'nt on the Companies share regester it would still be listed under the company that holds my shares and that the naked short sellers would not have access to any of my shares. Does that sound right to you guy's?
My objective was to help minimize or eliminate naked short selling, if we as a collective group request our certificates, it would shine the light on who's actually behind this blatant attack on our company!
