$SIRG R/M Play; up 75%; high volume lunch hit HOD during slow hour; 319M O/S; used to be SIRGQ- FINRA dropped Q and commons stayed intact; check out accumulation line -float should be nearly locked; Chicago-based fund Fromm Investment Group is in and is tweeting to followers(link to Twitter below as well as to ihub page).
