Talked with joe Vasquez the it guy. Called me back in about 20 minutes. He said he doesn't know when the agreement for the 5 mil was signed but he assured me that the company would be 100% compliant with the 4 day requirement to file the 8k so if it doesn't come out today then the agreement wasn't signed until Last Friday or possibly this Monday. Since this Monday was a Holliday it does not count as one of those days. He also said that it is up to the sec to put it out since they are the ones who write the 8k. He said that they are pursuing a lawsuit against tattle through Amazon for the causes cancer statement. He says the bridge loan will be used for working Capitol mostly advertising and production. They will be retail by the beginning of 2016 so they need lots of product. He says that they aren't going to put out bull shit press releases to try to sell shares only real news because it's a real company. And lastly he says that the company has no idea why vfin is on the ask. So 8k maybe today maybe tomorrow maybe Monday but it is coming for sure and it will not be late according to sec guidelines.
