Longs have seem to have alot of the float locked up. and will probably continue to lock up more. Until more whales show up. Brwc awarness is still circulating, so by the time francine releases the news. more and more longs, whales will be aware. The worse thing for small fry investor like myself is to think we can start investing like whales. nop, we have to get in at ground level. Whales don't mind paying a premium as long as the news is concrete. avg investor can't afford the luxury. or else we won't get max impact from our shares, we'll be making less profit from less shares. So inturn, this is prob as good a base setup you'll see for a subpenny. with confirmed revs and news on the way as stated by the ceo herself, and that is not speculation.
