This stock is down because of a concerted effort by several syndicates of shortsellers, some of whom are well-funded professionals, others of whom are amateurs using various non-InvestorsHangout message boards to communicate with each other and scare naive people out of their positions, or scare them away from buying.
Yes, the uplist should have been handled better. But to blame Leo Ehrlich for the actions of criminals who are manipulating the only nominally regulated stock market, is wrong. In an honest market, the libelous attack on this company would never have happened, or, if someone had made such defamatory allegations, the article would have been removed when it was proven false, as per the Seeking Alpha guidelines.
Shareholders are victims of a criminal conspiracy, and there are going to be some surprises in store for the criminals.
