I was re-reading some of the posts here and I thought this post was worth re-posting because the post speaks to the TRUTH of what is really going on here and not these ridiculous speculations thrown at the board by some posters I have never even seen their monikers anywhere before and they write like they have been posting to TBEV for years (ask them about any FACTS of the company and they can not reply to you with the FACTS....which speakes VOLUMES to me).........posts like the following are the real meat and substance of what TBEV management is and what they are trying to do.
I have been watching the boards for months and thought of a couple of points that would help some newbies here. I've known Mike Holly for a few years and have met Toby a few times as well. I had 100 million shares before the reverse split and took a big hit like others for not selling. Frustrating times for sure. I've managed to rebuild my position back to 65 million shares from 10 million due to the stock getting crushed and my confidence that although slow, these guys would get this deal right. And it looks to me that they have. Also,I am the guy who brought the $1.3 million dollar note holder to the table. He is a 28 year old friend of mine who works hard for his money. I can say that he owns personal shares(much more than me)and believes in what these guys are doing.And he has not sold or flipped 1 share. If Mike and Toby can get this to pennies in the next 30 to 90 days,the dilution to take him out will be quite minimal, as he is as friendly a note holder that their is. There are 3 points I would like to make.
1) I know that Mike and Toby hate the toxic debt and assume that they are getting their arms around this problem in short order.
2) I can only guess by Toby s personality that he is a big thinker, and that he is talking to large companies and Individuals that, when a deal is completed, will make all these doubters and flippers feel sick to their stomachs. And because this is his biggest shot at success, I wouldn't be betting against him.
3) Follow the money. This is mynutto and quite a few other posters to this board didn't waiver at hard the times of .0002 & .0003. These people are whose posts you want to be reading if you want the truth as they have been able to research. I won't be posting very often, but I wanted to share a few thoughts.
