Subject: COR Clearing, LLC v. Calissio Resources Group, Inc. et al
Your Honor,
I am writing this in regards to recent motions filed by COR Clearing in their case against Calissio
Resources Group (CRGP). At this point, I am desperate and would greatly appreciate it if you
took the time to read this email, and more importantly, take it into consideration as you make
your judgement.
It appears COR's recent motion, although somewhat unclear, targets the dividends CRGP
shareholders received on or about 8/17/2015. I am pleading with you to take into account the
damages that shareholders would incur if this is the case. Here are the ramifications:
1) Most of the shareholders that received the dividend (including myself) are small investors.
We've taken that dividend money and put it into home repairs, credit card debt, college bills, or
many of the other expenses that a small middle class family may have. In my case, it helped me
pay the tax bills due on my small business. We simply don't have the money anymore.
2) Many people (including myself) re‐invested some or all of the money into CRGP, which at the
time, being that they paid a cash dividend, seemed like a strong, profitable, legit company. The
fact that we received dividends told us that our investment would be reasonably safe. At worse,
we thought we could lose some of our money and have the opportunity to bail if need be.
Many people were more aggressive because of the generous dividend they received. Because
of this lawsuit, that resulted in a FINRA halt and delisting of the stock to the the Grey Market,
we have already lost everything. If someone invested their full dividend back into CRGP (many
people did), it is gone and sitting in a illiquid shell of a company that had no problem ignoring
court summonses and abandoning shareholders.
I've spoken to many investors and heard a lot of different stories about how they will be
affected. I've spoken to investors who have threatened suicide over the halt, let alone losing
their dividends. The damages we would all incur would be far too great. These issues lie
between COR Clearing, CRGP, FINRA, DTCC, and other potential entities that have not been
named. Shareholders are innocent through all of this and although don't have the money like
these entities do, we will fight for what is right no matter what.
I am urging you to make a decision that favors shareholders. We are relying on you to protect
our livelihoods and families.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please let me know if you have any questions for me
or my fellow investors, or if there is anything else we can do.
Regards,
Steven J Markow
