You are getting upset because someone has questions and brought a different perspective than your own. No one is telling you that you have to stop loving CRGP, or you have to believe what ever is present. I just hope you considered the actions, or lack thereof, from CRGP and its leadership.
I haven't said COR is innocent nor have I said they are going to win their lawsuit. I will say, if the defendant doesn't defend itself or show up, then the likelihood of COR winning the lawsuit goes up.
If COR should win, how does it get repaid? or would COR even get repaid? Maybe COR's insurance will mitigate the damages (If it has insurance, I would assume yes). Does it eat the cost? Whatever the result, they are looking to get paid by any means, hence the request for the receiver appointment. Again, COR looks like it is jumping the gun, as there hasn't been a determination from the Judge for a default judgment.
These are questions I have, as well as the scenarios playing in my head. I have been trained to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
