Since they themselves have stated they intend to honor them, it would be the honorable thing to do and essential to establishing long term shareholder confidence. They apparently have put considerable effort into it, Kerry has admitted to spending considerable amount of effort into working out the complications of who is qualified for them and who is not and many times have stated something to the effect that they are working on them I think it would be harmful to the company's reputation if they didn't go ahead and honor them now...when the time is right for them as a company.
I personally would much rather see the pps rise on news of their revenue alone and still believe this will have much more value to me as an investor than the certs and would still be invested with or without certs anyway, the C share financial value for me is much less now than the value of stock should it go up to where I believe it will go but I would still like to see them honor the c shares because it is now a big part of who they are going forward - to do what they said they will do, to finish what they said they started, to honor what they said they will honor. If you can't do that, then you look like any other penny stock out there and I think they are better than that.
