I signed up for the 7 day trial.
Look, no one needs to get offended. I have not determined the outcome of the case. I do not know what is going to be the result.
What I do know is that there is blame to go around everywhere, except for the retail shareholders i.e us.
I don't know if it was fraud, a mistake, or something else. What I do know is that if I was accused of something that I know I was innocent of committing, I would be responding to the court with a lawyer.
What I have is questions, and I wanted some opinions on them.
COR laid out is evidence, flimsy or otherwise, and CRGP/Adam Carter did not answer.
If someone sues me for money, and I don't show up, there most likely is going to be a default judgment and I would have to pay. The problem here is, CRGP is nowhere to be found (so far), and COR wants paid back.
Remember, the emails from Carter to the TA, provided by the TA, indicate that CRGP owed the money back to COR and was going to wire it to them. COR either didn't believe they were going to get paid or jumped the gun.
I'm not bashing, just questioning. I have not called this stock a scam nor have had any negative postings about shareholders, as I am a shareholder.
