Mr. Pierce stop holding the ISBG shares that you and $ISBG agreed upon closing the 75% shares it owns now on the Besado Tequila you sold to them that for every 15 shares of DKTS is equivalent to 1 ISBG shares given to DKTS shareholders. What's the problem with that since all the shares from ISBG were already given to you for distribution? Show decadence as a CEO of a company you are managing.
