The Company has acquired the intellectual property and other exclusive world-wide rights related to the production, marketing, and distribution of Sucanon®, also known as Diab II, a treatment for Type II diabetes, and Pharmaroth SA de CV, a company incorporated in Mexico which markets and distributes Sucanon® in Mexico and Latin America.
