COR's suit is weird, if I was COR I would have gone after my clients, as it was their shares they were clearing in the selling of them. Maybe they want to keep them as clients, and offer all services to them, who knows. I do not know how much merit the case holds, but if they paid the due bill, and believe they should have paid it, then their lawsuit is not frivolous.
Nobilis/Beaufort, I think are number 1. FINRA is a culprit as they approved the dividend, not sure where they stand in the latter of responsibility, though.
CRGP is at fault, because if they were not, they would have responded to the lawsuit. If I am innocent of wrong doing, then I am fighting back. If I made a mistake, I will fight back or settle to minimize my damages. CRGP not answering the lawsuit is equivalent to being guilty.
This is just my opinion. I don't get warm and fuzzies with CRGP not responding and Milegros not answering emails. I just hope the decision on how the dividend for retail shareholders plays in our favor and I will walk away from this.
