It's good that they are going to look at the "Pump and Dump" scammers. It's a start.
Unfortunately, I didn't see anything about reigning in the "Bash and Smash" scammers that are trying to lower the price of a legitimate stock, naked shorting it and using any unethical tactic to force it into into bankruptcy.
