On September 1, 2015, the Attorney General for Canada was served with our claim for damages under NAFTA. Once the facts surrounding this case are reviewed, we are confident that with this new factual information, CEN Biotech will prevail........It remains our intention to spinoff CEN Biotech to its own company as a better vehicle for focused execution. We hope to have news on our intended spinoff shortly as the audit has recently been completed.

On September 23, 2015, the Board of Directors of Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. ("FITX"
approved the spinoff of its wholly-owned subsidiary, CEN Biotech, Inc. ("CEN", to the shareholders of FITX.
FOLKS this is NOT rocket science or a TRICK or illusion. We have been waiting a year for a spin off, which is completely predicated upon he FACT that Canada honors its Contracts with US and gives us our ZONING and LICENSE.
Contract defined: (1) Press conference was held, (2) Permits and Ready to build was issued, (3) Permission was Given, (4) Payment was Accepted .
