I guess I would say "post if you must", but never reply to the unethical posters directly. Their goal is to start a conversation, control it and get some compensation for direct replies to their slander (imho).
NTEK will determine the true outcome of the situation by doing their jobs and executing. I have a high level of confidence in the abilities of the management and staff to do just that.
I think as that happens there are going to be some really unhappy "speed bumps" that should have gotten their "facts" straight in the first place.
