CGRW does not have a commercial building permit.
The only building permit issued so far by Huerfano County is for agriculture. NOT a commercial permit as required by the state to get a commercial grow license. Call the County to confirm what I am saying.
Delmar Janovec is trying to confuse investors by saying CGRW has permits.
Facts, CGRW has no water or building permits required by the State to get a commercial grow license.
CGRW is simply trying to scam investors and shareholders out of their hard earned $$.
