Kilo, I would like to ask you a question that pertains to naked shorting. Using BCAP, we know the A/S is 2B shares. I would venture to guess that possilby the folks that are on this board may hold upwards of half the A/S, but even if they don't, can MM's actually short what would amount to "more" that the A/S?

I mean we would have to assume that every share in the A/S is accounted for by someone somewhere. Can they just borrow shares that aren't locked up in a cash account or actually risk way more shares that are are authorized?

If the latter was the case and no one would sell their shares, what the heck would happen then?? I know that to save their butts that would pay so much money that folks would have to sell, but just a thought.
