Share price was about 40 dollars last year. The company made lots of acquisition. Acquisition created dilution. This year restructuring started and the company sold its wholesale distribution business recently because the company was losing money. RCAP is focusing on retail division that is more profitable.
For me it is the most undervalued NYSE stock.
