thats what i was wondering- if i wasnt the only one who didnt receive a proxy they must not have sent proxies yet
so that alone would be a 'technicality' delaying the stockholder meeting
hopefully they delayed because they were in the middle of a deal and hoped it would be shortly consummated so they could announce such before a stockholder meeting- but nothing in 10Q re such
a NDA- nondisclosure agreement- common in business deals- might prevent any announcement until it is completed
