Ok..This is complete conjecture and speculation on my behalf...I have absolutely no information about this..but I have noticed that some longs have gone silent..these are longs w sizeable shares. lol..I'm just a long w only 3 mill shares..so I'm only a small fish..
Question is..Did these longs sell and move on..I seriously doubt it..Or else the share price would've completely plummeted because of the large percentage of shares these longs have locked up..instead..the share price has been climbing nice and steady.
The last time I saw this was in 2013..where a couple of longs in a stock I held, went to the company office and discussed some things...not going to get into details, because it's unecessary and a completely different sector.
But I do recall those longs were asked to sign an NDA. (Non Disclosure Agreement). For the most part those longs did go silent, and only posted on occasion on the boards..
And I've noticed the same pattern here..I have a feeling some longs may have met w francine to discuss certain things. I don't know if it was in person. or over the phone etc. But I do recall some longs suggesting to francine a share reduction, buyback etc. We do know one thing. Francine is aware of a share reduction, with the suggestion she convert her shares to preferable, at least the bug has been put in her ear. And longs with deep pockets would help lock up the rest of the float or at least a good portion of it.
Other things may have been discussed. Do I know if these meeting or discussions have been entertained. absolutely no idea. But I wouldn't be surprised.. like I said I'm too much of a small fry to participate or be included in such plans or discussions.
