LOL...i recommend the top 3 Tiers in OTC Land but sometimes like in TYTN's case it gets dropped because of some events but eventually will get back to his previous listed Tier or HIGHER ;-P when it's a Lower Tier a plain ol'Pinky it doesnt need to follow much guidelines, but a lot of Rules are changing just with the 500 to 2000 limit this will help lots of company'sand shareholders.

No Minimum Standards
Stocks on the OTCBB and pink sheets do not have to fulfill minimum standard requirements to remain on the exchange. Sometimes, this is why the stock is on one of these exchanges. Once a company can no longer maintain its position on one of the major exchanges, the company moves to one of these smaller exchanges. While the OTCBB does require companies to file timely documents with the SEC, the pink sheets have no such requirement .
