Sorry but he sold restricted shares last Aug and Sept 2014 and the money was to be used to get the filings done. He misused the money and so now he does have to use his own money to get the filings done. And the restricted shares took over 1 year to be delivered. He has set the company back over 1 year and if he does not get things right well................................... Glad you love him. I will say no more on this matter.
