What the left side of my brain (where truth and justice lingers) is hoping took place is that counsel for DTCC advised counsel for COR that there was no viable venue for receivers to reverse the dividend. If this is what actually occurred, resulting in counsel to withdraw, then I my level of cynicism would diminish considerably regarding the judicial system.
