My dream is for Geotraq to make a low cost long

My dream is for Geotraq to make a low cost long life cellular tracking device that would be the size of a penny which it is ,and could be hung from a pets collar or hidden easily in cars or on a person , The Itraq plus that has everything on it is too expensive too big and uses too much energy , the money to be made will be in the selling of 100s of millions of Geotraq modules at a low price making a profit plus getting a look up fee when used , give me a simple inexpensive no frills tracking device and I will be very very happy .
